reservation: payment of 30% of the reservation's price on confirmation.
guarantee: credit card information will be requested as a booking guarantee. the remaining 70% will be charged during check-in.
cancellation: 30 days prior to check-in will not be charged. 72h prior to check-in incurs in a 30% charge of the reservation's total cost. later cancellations incur in a 50% charge of the reservation's total cost. in case of a no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged. in this last case, and for exceptional reasons only (e.g., airport strike), the administration may allow that the stay be re-booked to another date. if the no show is due to sudden acute sickness adequately documented, or death of a first degree relative or of a person included in the reservation, the administration will consider the possibility of refunding 100% of the amount previously charged.
check-in: must be done between 2:00PM and 6:00PM (lisbon time).
check-out: must be done compulsorily by 12:00PM (lisbon time).
identification: in order to proceed as required by the applicable legislation regarding record management, every client will be asked to show a valid identification, failing to do so will preclude the stay and will be considered a no show. The collected personal data is exclusively for internal use, to which our clients have access in the terms of the applicable law.
experiences, activities, and events: need to be previously quoted for. Its execution in some cases depends on weather conditions and may lead to a cancelation. In case of a no show for reasons for which the client has no responsibility no amount will be charged.
personal valuables and belongings: it is the client’s sole responsibility to care for their possessions, for which the administration denies any and all responsibility if they are stolen, damaged, or any other circumstance that brings material or value loss to its owners, regardless of where the possessions are left.
damages: the administration reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card the corresponding cost of any damage, of any nature, caused by them (be it stolen or robbed goods, or damages to the equipment or premises), regardless if they were done intentionally or neglectfully. this does not affect the right to resort to any means foreseen by law until all loss has been reimbursed. in the clients own interest, if an anomaly is detected, the administration appreciates the report of the anomaly as soon as possible.
pets: are not admitted, with exception of guide dogs.
omissions: any circumstance not foreseen by the “terms and conditions” will be settled by the administration in the terms of the applicable law, and according to the rules of good sense, preserving to a maximum the commercial relationship with the client.
jurisdiction: in order to settle any dispute or claim that may arise from the services provided by this establishment, all clients declare to accept the courts of Viana do Castelo as authoritative, and will expressly renounce all other.
agreement: all clients, under firm commitment, expressly declare to have knowledge of these terms and conditions and to accept them without reserve.
